Mean changes from baseline in patients' well-being over a median (range) of 194 (180 to 1,407) days during rituximab therapy in patients with various autoimmune diseases, as measured using the visual analogue scale (VAS; 0 to 100 mm) rated by the treating physician. VAS scores were not assessed in patients with mixed connective tissue disease or 'other' autoimmune diseases.
